Play Coordinators – each of our clubs is overseen by Play Coordinators,  responsible for planning and implementing our play programmes and managing their respective venues.  Our P4-7 Play Coordinator also steps in to cover during the manager’s absence.  The Play-Coordinators also work within the Skool Is Out office.

We have a very diverse staff team, each with their own individual qualities and skills that are invaluable to offering the highest standards of childcare.

Support Play Workers our Support Play Workers operate provide assistance to our Practitioner team in the provision of our outings and activities. Many of our Support Play Workers work their way up to practitioner level within the company.

Casual Support Staffwork primarily in assisting with our school collections and walking buses. Casual Support staff are often students and part-time workers looking for additional experience in the childcare sector.

Volunteers –    on occasion we have volunteers who might be gaining work experience who are still at school and we also have volunteers who are looking for experience of working with children and intend to go on to do primary school teaching.  Many of our volunteers end up as paid members of staff.  We also have previous after school club attendees who have returned to the after school club in high school to work having enjoyed their experience at the after school club.
