Firstly you need to contact us either by email, telephone or by calling into our office to discuss your requirements and to establish if there is availability at our clubs. You can also use our online registration form found on the homepage of our website to enquire about availability and to add your child/ren’s details to our waiting list.

Once a place has been confirmed we will request that you complete a Personal Plan for your child/ren, which forms part of your contract with Skool Is Out.  You will also receive our Parent Agreement to Admission form, which outlines our Terms and Conditions.

The Childcare Manager may request that you come into our office to discuss your requirements in advance of childcare commencing, and to ensure that we have correct information on file for your child. In order to ensure we can fully meet the individual wellbeing needs of all children registered with our services we request that individual needs are discussed in advance, including details of any allergies, dietary or cultural requirements, medical conditions, or additional support needs.

Upon confirmation of a place you will receive a fee invoice detailing monthly childcare fee payments. Fees are spread across the academic year and regular monthly instalments are requested Fees are only charged for the days that children are booked in for and do not include fees for holiday care. Holiday care is booked and paid for separately and fees are payable at the time of booking.
